What’s Covered:

This plan covers a wide range of accidental damages, including:

In the event of damage, you can request a replacement product by paying a fixed service fee. Replacement units are brand-new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability.

• Replacement Service Fee: €159 per replacement

• Flyaway Replacement Fee: €829

Renewable Protection

DJI Care Refresh 2-Year can be extended by one additional year, up to a total of three years of coverage. Renewal must be completed within 15 days after the current protection plan expires.

Note: DJI Care Refresh 2-Year cannot be extended with a separate 1-Year plan.

Express Replacement Option

With DJI Express, you can skip the damage assessment and quotation process. Once DJI receives your damaged product, a replacement will be shipped to you immediately, saving valuable time.

Free Shipping for Replacements

DJI covers shipping costs both ways whenever you send a product for replacement service, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Important Notice:

• DJI Care Refresh can only be purchased with a new drone or within 48 hours after the drone’s first activation.

• This product includes an activation code to register your protection plan with DJI.

• All service requests and claims must be made directly through DJI.

• Once the activation code is used, the DJI Care Refresh plan cannot be cancelled or revoked.
