Exchange service for peace of mind
You can have your product exchanged in the event of an accident for a small fee. The replacement devices are brand new products or equivalent to brand new products in performance and reliability.
- Exchange fee: 49 euros

DJI Care Refresh can be extended immediately
DJI Care Refresh can be extended to a maximum total term of 3 years no later than 15 days after the end of the current contract term.
DJI Care Refresh 2 years: Can be extended for 1 year (at the latest within the 15-day period after the current care protection expires)

The new express option gives you the opportunity to skip the damage assessment process completely. A DJI service center will send you a replacement unit immediately upon receipt of the damaged drone.
Free Shipping
DJI will cover shipping costs if the product is returned for exchange for a replacement device.

DJI Care can only be booked and registered with a new purchase or at the latest within 48 hours of the first activation, please note this. Here you only purchase the activation code to register with DJI. Any service claims or services must be handled directly with DJI. Once the code has been activated, it is no longer possible to revoke the care!
