Condition of returned items If you purchased a product through Kopterworx and find it to be broken, faulty, or otherwise inoperable, you can request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form to initiate a return. Please follow the directions below to initiate an RMA with Kopterworx .
Return time frame
Kopterworx will accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
How to acquire an return authorization?
1. Please logint to your account
2. There is form RMA
3. Please carefully fill it, be as detailed as possible, if you describe a faulty product.
4. After we check the problem/item, we will aprove or cancel RMA.
5. You will send item back and ON THE BOX - must be RMA number, if not we will send the packet back. (If u send it outside Europe - please declare value off 5 eur - damaged / not working item send for service/replacment)
All items that will be sent without declared value and state will be shipped back (since we need to pay customs and taxes for them othervise)
Returns will not be shipped until we receive the RMA item. Please do not return a product before receiving prior authorization from our staff. If a product was damaged during shipping please make a note of the carrier that was used for shipping, i.e., TNT, DHL, ...
If you bought it before New Year pls use this old RMA paper and fill it.
We reserve the right to apply a restocking charge up to 20% of the value of the product.
All Shipping charges associated with a Return are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise authorized by Kopterworx .
Kopterworx will not cover the shipping costs back to us.
We will issue a store credit or refund to the payment method used for any item associated with an RMA that the products manufacturer finds to be faulty or inoperable and at no fault of the purchaser. If an Item is returned to Quadrocpter and is in new in it packaging or reasonable re-salable condition, a store credit or refund will be issued to the customer immediately.
Since many Radio-Control applications exceed the manufacturer's recommended maximum discharge rates, there is no warranty (expressed or implied) by the manufacturer, its distributors and retailers in respect to the cycle life, capacity, cell characteristics or storage of cells/packs used in the Radio-Control market. Returns on LiPo batteries are excepted within the RMA timeframe in cases of DOA (dead-on-arrival).

Repaired product may be subject to charges. All repaired product will be shipped back to the customer using the cheapest shipping method. If expedited shipping is desired, the customer must make note of this when initiating his/her RMA and the shipping difference will be the customer's responsibility. All other orders must be placed separate of the RMA return.
Note: All sales are final for reduced priced and used items.
Mikrokopter / DJI Returns
Mikrokopter / DJI items returned will be fixed or replaced by a new part, in kind. Depending on the nature of the malfunction, we may choose to send the part directly to the manufacturer for repairs. In cases of SMD board work, we will send the part(s) to the original manufacturer for repairs. Please be aware that this may take a significant amount of time. Kopterworx ships RMA items bi-monthly to the manufacturer/service in Germany. Therefore, it may prove to be more effective to contact HiSystems GmbH directly for an return.
