Policies
Kopterworx may amend its policies from time to time and reserves the right to do so at anytime, without a preliminary notice. Kopterworx will not be held responsible for product description errors provided by our Suppliers / Manufacturers.

Customer order - Assembly Build/RTF - Electronic parts
We do provide a build service, but we do NOT provide any warranty on the assembly builds, for it is impossible to know what has happened in the case of a crash. The aircrafts sold by us are for recreation purpose only. If you want to use them for professional purpose , it is your obligation to have the corresponding licences, permissions, insurance. In a case of a crash or any other failures we always get back to the manufacturers of the parts used in the build with the report, since there is no way of checking /verification how and what has happened to an aircraft in a crash.

We can always refuse an assembly build and/or will not provide any supply of the aircraft if the complete payment has not been received. The goods remain our property even when there is an existing commercial invoice, but not payed - the customer does NOT own the goods.
We do NOT provide a back payment on special ordered electronics and/or parts. We also do not use any parts or electronics provided by the customer .You are always responsible for using your aircraft. We can refuse your order in any time without any explanation. If you want to use the aircraft for commercial purposes, it is your responsibility to provide a required commercial licence which can be specially ordered from the manufacturer.

We are also not responsible for any damage that might be done to other persons, animals or goods with the supplied aircraft.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
All returns must be authorized via email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it within 14 days upon receiving with a valid Kopterworx invoice number.
A RMA number will be issued with return instructions within one to three business days. Kopterworx will only accept returns of parts that were ordered wrong, if the package is unopened, uninstalled and in the original packaging. Refunds for such products will be made within 45 days after receipt by Kopterworx. This new policy does not effect returns due to faulty products which will continue to be handled in accordance with the current policy and will be backed and supported by us 100%. BUT no returns on electronics by Kopterworx. Chargers, Servos, and any other electronic devices are covered by factory warranty and all returns should be made directly to the manufacturer for warranty issues.

All returns without a RMA number will be rejected by our department of receipt.
All returns are freight pre-paid and securely packed by customers.
All returns are subject to a 0% restocking fee for all unopened and unused merchandise in resellable condition unless the item is Dead On Arrival (DOA),or delivered not as described. The original shipping charge is not refundable. (except if we sell the wrong items as described). A maximum of 14 days to return the item without using the item itself, this is set by the European law. All costs will be refunded by us (except the first shipping charge). You have 14 days to think over your order and to see if you have made the wrong decision since, as mentioned before, we must take back the items within these 14 days according to the law. Goods must then be returned in unused condition and in original packaging. Above rule does NOT apply to Customer build RTF, or any other customer made electronics, frames, etc.

All payments will be refunded within 14 days upon receiving the items as described above. Kopterworx will do its best to replace all returns subject to the product availability. If a returned item is no longer available, we will replace it with an equivalent or higher value product.
